一 山东省对外开放的基本态势(一)全方位对外开放格局形成。自1984年中央批准青岛、烟台对外开放以来,全省已有8个地级市及所辖县市区被列入沿海经济开放区。全省各类开发区已发展到64个,其中经国家批准的,有5个高新技术产业开发区,3个经济技术开发区,1个保税区和青岛石老人旅游度假区。经省政府批准的有4个高新技术产业开发区、36个外向型工业加工区、12个开放开发综合试验区、2个旅游度假区。全省呈现出东西部竞相发展、全面开放的新态势。
A Shandong Province, the basic situation of opening up (A) the formation of an overall pattern of opening up. Since the central government approved Qingdao in 1984 and Yantai was opened to the outside world, eight prefecture-level cities and counties in the province have been included in the coastal economic open area. All kinds of development zones in the province have grown to 64, of which 5 are high-tech industrial development zones, 3 economic and technological development zones, 1 bonded zone and Qingdao Shurenao tourist resort approved by the state. Approved by the provincial government, there are 4 high-tech industrial development zones, 36 outward-oriented industrial processing zones, 12 open-development integrated pilot zones and 2 tourist resorts. The province has shown a new trend of competing for development in eastern and western regions and opening to the outside world in an all-round way.
