听觉脑干诱发电位(BAEP)自70年代起已应用于听觉和神经系统疾病的诊断上。新生儿听觉脑干诱发电位由Galambos夫妇首次报道。对新生儿感音性耳聋早期诊断及确定脑干神经损害部位效果十分满意。此方法稳定,重复性好,容易记录,是无痛无创伤性诊断方法,特别适于对新生儿的检查。我院自1987年开始对足月新生儿进行听觉脑干诱发电位的正常值测定,同时对出生后有窒息的新生儿进行BAEP检查,发现窒息新生儿BAEP出现异常率较高,现将测定结果报告如下。
