由于冷轧过程的大张力轧制特点以及金属横向流动性与热轧有很大区别,因此在热轧中广泛应用的Shohet判别式不能很好应用于冷轧.在对冷轧大张力条件下的板形生成机理进行分析的基础上,提出能够更好适用于冷轧的基于屈曲失稳判据的断面形状可变域求解方法,该方法可以求解得到针对不同屈曲模态的产品断面形状可变域与来料断面形状允许范围.将该方法应用于国内某连轧机生产,给出其来料断面形状允许范围,比原有允许范围更符合现场实际且内容更为完善.
Due to the characteristics of the high-tension rolling in the cold rolling process and the great difference between the lateral flow properties and the hot rolling, the Shohet discriminant widely used in hot rolling can not be applied to the cold rolling well. Based on the analysis of the plate formation mechanism, a method based on the buckling criterion of buckling deformation is proposed, which can be better applied to the cold rolling. The method can solve the cross-sectional shape of products with different buckling modes This method is applied to the production of a continuous rolling mill in China, and gives the allowable range of the incoming cross-sectional shape, which is more in line with the actual conditions and the content is more perfect than the original allowable range.
