目前已有许多微型泵在实际使用,但大多数研究只集中在微型泵的制造工艺及驱动方式上,而对其中的微流动机理很少关注,对其机理不甚清楚,也无法预测泵性能。因此,微流体动力学及其在微型泵中的应用成为一个有发展前途的研究领域,对微型泵流动机理的研究最终将导致实现微型泵的优化设计和性能预测。
At present, many micropumps are in practical use. However, most of the researches focus on the manufacturing process and drive mode of micropumps, but little attention has been paid to the microfluidic mechanism therein. The mechanism is not clear and the performance of the pump can not be predicted . Therefore, the micro-fluid dynamics and its application in micro-pump become a promising research area. The research on the flow mechanism of micro-pump will eventually lead to the optimal design and performance prediction of micro-pump.
