针对国V排放阶段轻型柴油机要求,设计满足某发动机使用要求的铝合金活塞.利用活塞各结构强度计算方法和有限元分析软件,对该活塞进行结构设计与强度校核,通过对活塞各部位不断进行优化改进,出具了最终设计方案.在发动机客户样件装机后,顺利通过了各项台架试验,由此可以判定活塞设计方案满足发动机性能要求.
