目的探讨Twist和E-cadherin在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测Twist和E-cadherin蛋白在58例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织和16例正常口腔黏膜组织中的表达。结果Twist在口腔鳞癌组织中的阳性表达高于正常口腔黏膜体组织(P<0.05);E-cadherin在口腔鳞癌组织中的阳性表达低于正常口腔黏膜组织(P<0.05);Twist、E-cadherin在口腔鳞癌组织中异常表达与肿瘤的临床分期、生长类型分组有关(P<0.05)。结论在口腔鳞癌的转移和浸润过程中,我们发现都有E-cadherin和Twist异常的表达情况。
Objective To investigate the expression of Twist and E-cadherin in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of Twist and E-cadherin protein in 58 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 16 cases of normal oral mucosa tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive expression of Twist in oral squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal oral mucosa (P <0.05). The positive expression of E-cadherin in oral squamous cell carcinoma was lower than that in normal oral mucosa (P <0.05) The abnormal expression of E-cadherin in oral squamous cell carcinoma was related to the clinical stage and growth type of tumor (P <0.05). Conclusion In the process of metastasis and invasion of oral squamous cell carcinoma, we found that both E-cadherin and Twist abnormal expression.
