在发展中国家,引起麻疹免疫失败最重要的原因是免疫接种时母传麻疹特异抗体的干扰。为了研究麻疹病毒(MV)复制和抗体产生的动力学情况,作者建立了感染麻疹野病毒(MV-BIL)或麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV-Schwarz)的食蟹猴模型。本文介绍了不同水平中和抗体对麻疹疫苗接种的影响。
In developing countries, the most important cause of measles immunization failures is the interference of measles-specific antibodies from mother-to-child immunizations. In order to study the kinetics of measles virus (MV) replication and antibody production, the authors established a cynomolgus monkey model infected with MV-BIL or MV-Schwarz. This article describes the effects of different levels of neutralizing antibodies on measles vaccination.
