表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor re-ceptor,EGFR)是 C-erbB-1的基因产物。它是一种具有蛋白激酶功能的跨膜蛋白,其分子量为170kd。它被疏水的跨膜域分成大小近乎相等的两部分:即胞外配体结合域和胞浆酪氨酸激酶域。胞外域有两个富含半胱氨酸区,胞内含有与其他酪氨酸激酶相似的结构域和近 C-末端的酪氨酸磷酸化受点。这就是使受体与配体结合,并使生物信号得以传递的基础。近年来许多学者通过各种方法在膀胱肿瘤细胞中检测到了 EGFR 的扩增和表达情况,并发现其扩增和表达与膀胱肿瘤生物学行为关系密切。本文就这方面的研究进展综述如下。
Epidermal growth factor re-ceptor (EGFR) is a gene product of C-erbB-1. It is a transmembrane protein with protein kinase function with a molecular weight of 170kd. It is divided into hydrophobic hydrophobic transmembrane domains into nearly equal size in two parts: the extracellular ligand binding domain and the cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase domain. The extracellular domain has two cysteine rich regions, intracellular containing other tyrosine kinases similar domains and nearly C-terminal tyrosine phosphorylation sites. This is the basis for the binding of receptors to ligands and for the transfer of biological signals. In recent years, many scholars have detected the amplification and expression of EGFR in bladder tumor cells by various methods and found that the amplification and expression of EGFR are closely related to the biological behavior of bladder tumors. This article summarizes the research progress in this area.
