学校后勤工作效率的提升与质量的提高是学校教学和科研工作的有效后方保障,后勤社务工作的良性运转有助于教师对学生的管理和学生生活学习质量的提升。舍务工作主要是为了确保住宿生在生活中能够安全健康,为学习开辟通畅的道路,让家长将学生送入校园后无后顾之忧,良好的舍务管理也能够辅助教师进行班级管理工作,现阶段舍务管理存在一些问题,学生安全与学生自律管理是舍务管理的重要组成部分,通过对现阶段舍务管理存在的问题提出后勤舍务管理的改进措施,以期为舍务管理工作提供参考。
The improvement of school logistics efficiency and quality is an effective rear guarantee for school teaching and research work. The healthy operation of logistics and social work contributes to teachers ’management of students and the improvement of students’ life learning quality. It is mainly for the purpose of ensuring that boarding students can be safe and healthy in their daily life, to open up a smooth path for their study, and to give parents no worries after they send students to campus. Good housekeeping management can also assist teachers in class management. At this stage There are some problems in job management. Student safety and student self-discipline management are important parts of job management. Through the improvement of logistic management in the current job management, this paper provides a reference for the job-management.
