猕猴桃硬枝扦插发根较困难,并需要一定的设备条件,管理麻烦而费工,所以生产出的猕猴桃扦插苗数量极少。为了探求一种简单易行、能大批量生产猕猴桃扦插苗的途径,我们曾于1982～1983两年中,试用硬枝根接的方法,分批露地扦插606支,共获得305株扦插苗,平均成苗率50.3％,其中有一批成苗率最高达83％,最低的一批只有44.5％;在606支中,凡根段没有愈合的插条,没有一支成活。
