胎盘血因其质量高,成本低,疗效好,而被各大医院广泛采用。但在采血时易被细菌污染而影响使用。因此降低胎盘血的细菌污染,就成为胎盘血充分利用的一项重要任务。我们对此经过多次的改良试验。最后采用了半封闭式采血和培养法,获得了良好的效果。几年来我们用此法共采集了693个胎盘血,其平均污染率为5.3%(近二年来收集的胎盘血,细菌污染率已降低为1.5%),较国内文献报告降低30%强。(注一,杨学慧氏在1956年第二期中华妇产科杂志报告:胎盘血的细菌污染率,第一次培养阳性者占38%,隔一星期后做第二次培养,阳性者占
