自2008年金融危机之后,大量外资股从境内撤离,借助优秀的境内战略投资者实现银行改革,已成为各大城商行新的改革推进思路。受新冠肺炎疫情的影响,很多经营不佳的城商行将面临更大的风险与挑战,在国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的大背景下,城商行如何突破困境,寻找新的发展思路也成了关注的焦点。基于2011—2019年引入境内战略投资者的城商行数据,实证分析了引入境内战略投资者对其风险影响的短期效果。研究结果表明,城商行引入境内战略投资者可以显著降低其风险承担水平,并且“引资”途径对降低当期风险水平的短期效
