一、高速钢热处理工艺现状自1900年发明了高速钢以后,当时即确立了比较合理的热处理工艺,至今亦无甚改变。目前学者们所普遍推荐的和工厂中广泛采用的热处理工艺,不外乎以下几种工序的迭合:退火——普通退火;等温退火淬火一段式——800~850℃预热二段式——500~550℃和800~850℃淬火普通淬火(油冷)分级淬火一般分级冷在M_H点以下控制冷速的慢冷 560℃1小时三次回火等温淬火贝茵体处理法 560℃1小时四次回火表面处理——氰化;硫化;磷化或电火花强化;热油处理、热水处理;蒸汽处理
