文章利用计算机对原系统的线速度状况进行分析,指出其在卷染期间无法实现恒线速度调节,同时提出新型控制模型,并利用单片机技术对整个系统的软件,硬件进行设计。通过现场调试,测试比较,给出新老设备之间的性能差异,同时验证了本系统可满足性能指标的要求。
The article analyzes the linear velocity of the original system by computer and points out that it can not realize the constant linear velocity adjustment during the period of dyed dyeing. At the same time, a new control model is proposed and the software and hardware of the whole system are designed by the single chip microcomputer technology. Through on-site commissioning, testing and comparison, given the performance differences between the old and new equipment, at the same time verify that the system can meet the performance requirements.
