随着改革的深化和对外开放政策的实施,我国同海外各界的交往将日益频繁。我国秘书界已翻译出版了一部分介绍海外秘书工作的著作,同时也有不少的原文版海外秘书工作资料流入国内。从这些专著和有关的信息资料中,可以窥见当今海外社会秘书工作的概貌以及秘书工作研究领域的现状及动向。在这种形势下,将国内与海外秘书工作研究状况和进程作一番比较,对于促进我国秘书工作的改革,促进我国秘书学理论体系的建设,都具有积极的意义。
With the deepening of reform and the implementation of the policy of opening to the outside world, our contacts with all circles in the world will be increasingly frequent. The Chinese secretary has translated and published a number of books on the work of overseas secretaries, and many of the original texts of overseas secretaries have been translated into the country. From these monographs and related information materials, we can get a glimpse of the current profile of the secretary of overseas social work and the current situation and trends in the field of secretary work. Under such circumstances, comparing the research status and process of secretary work both at home and abroad has a positive meaning in promoting the reform of our secretary work and in promoting the construction of theoretical system of secretary work in our country.
