采用镍的无电子化学沉积方法研究了纳米二氧化钛粉末表面的快速金属化 .所得产物经XRD、SEM、FTIR及剖面金相显微术进行了表征 .分析结果表明二氧化钛粒子完全被金属镍包覆 ,金属壳层 6 0 0nm厚 ,由镍的纳米晶粒组成 .由此提出了镍在纳米粉末上的化学沉积机理 .
Electronless electroless deposition of nickel was used to study the rapid metallization on the surface of nano-sized titanium dioxide powders. The obtained products were characterized by XRD, SEM, FTIR and cross-sectional metallographic microscopy. The results showed that the titanium dioxide particles were completely covered by metallic nickel, The layer is 600 nm thick and consists of nanocrystalline grains of nickel, thus the chemical deposition mechanism of nickel on the nanopowder is proposed.
