开展“两级党建联创”活动是加强和改进基层党组织建设,维护广大职工群众根本利益的有效载体。它对于推进屯垦戍边新型团场建设具有十分重要的意义。那么,农牧团场如何发挥“两级党建联创”作用,更好地为团场“四个文明”建设服务呢?下面,笔者结合自身工作实际,谈五点体会和认识。一、抓领导,重联动,建立齐抓共管的责任网络 Carrying out “two-party party building and joint creation” activities is an effective vehicle for strengthening and improving the building of grassroots party organizations and safeguarding the fundamental interests of the broad masses of workers and staff. Below, I combine their own work, talk about five points of experience and understanding . First, grasp the leadership, re-linkage, establish a collective responsibility network
