目的：探讨七叶莲注射液治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的疗效。方法：颞下颌关节紊乱综合征１００例（男性４９例，女性５１例，年龄３４±ｓ６ａ），每次用七叶莲注射液２ｍＬ作压疼点注射，隔日１次，４次为一个疗程，共用３个疗程。结果：经１个疗程治愈６４例，２个疗程治愈２７例，好转８例，无效１例，观察１ａ后复发１例，总有效率９９％。无不良反应。结论：七叶莲注射液对颞下颌关节紊乱综合征有明显作用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of semen amdratum injection on temporomandibular disorder. Methods: 100 cases of temporomandibular joint syndrome (49 males and 51 females, age 34 ± s6a) were injected with 2 mL of Aesculin injection twice a day for 4 times as a course of treatment. Share 3 courses. Results: After one course of treatment, 64 cases were cured, 27 cases were cured in 2 courses, 8 cases improved, 1 case ineffective, and 1 case relapsed after 1 year. The total effective rate was 99%. No adverse reactions. Conclusion: Aesculi 's injection has a significant effect on temporomandibular disorder.
