利用正交试验设计,用乙醇回流法提取广西刺楸茎皮中的总皂苷,并采用大孔吸附树脂和正丁醇分别对其进行分离,通过纯度分析和得率计算,探索其主皂苷成分的最佳提取工艺。实验结果表明采用大孔吸附树脂法分离主皂苷成分得率为1.32%,而采用正丁醇法分离其得率为1.05%;且大孔吸附树脂法的产品外观颜色优于正丁醇法。采用大孔吸附树脂法提取分离该植物的主皂苷成分,成本低,操作简便易行且具有非常强的实用性。
Orthogonal experimental design was used to extract the total saponins from the stems and skins of Guangxi black locust, and separated by macroporous adsorption resin and n-butanol. Through purity analysis and yield calculation, the main saponin components were explored. The best extraction process. The experimental results show that the macroporous adsorption resin separation of the main saponin content of 1.32%, and the use of n-butanol separation rate of 1.05%; and macroporous adsorption resin product appearance color is better than n-butanol. The macroporous adsorption resin method is used to extract and separate the main saponin component of the plant, has low cost, is simple and easy to operate, and has very strong practicality.
