为了掌握芯棒参数对大口径薄壁钛管材冷推弯曲成形质量的影响规律,选取了直径为Ф219 mm、壁厚为3.2 mm的TA2管材为研究对象,基于DYANFORM有限元软件建立了TA2钛管材冷推弯曲有限元模型,并利用冷推实验验证了所建模型的可靠性。基于所建的有限元模型,研究了芯棒结构、芯棒直径、芯棒形式对大口径薄壁TA2管材冷推成形结果的影响规律。研究结果表明:阶梯式芯棒可以有效预防成形弯头起皱现象的发生;随着芯棒直径的减小,外弧侧壁厚减薄率先增大后减小,内弧侧壁厚增厚率和截面椭圆度均有增大的趋势,内间隙的合理取值区间为0.5~1.5;刚性芯棒和液压均可以有效限制截面畸变的发生。
In order to understand the influence of mandrel parameters on cold forming quality of large-diameter thin-walled titanium tube, TA2 tube with a diameter of Ф219 mm and a wall thickness of 3.2 mm was selected as the research object. TA2 titanium tube was established based on DYANFORM finite element software Cold bending finite element model, and the use of cold-push experiments verify the reliability of the model. Based on the finite element model, the influence of mandrel structure, mandrel diameter and mandrel form on cold-formed results of large-diameter thin-walled TA2 pipe was studied. The results show that: the stepped core rod can effectively prevent the forming of elbow wrinkling phenomenon; with the mandrel diameter decreases, the outer side of the arc-side wall thickness first increased and then decreased, the inner arc side wall thickening The rate and the ellipticity of the section have an increasing trend, the reasonable value interval of the gap is 0.5 ~ 1.5; rigid mandrel and hydraulic pressure can effectively limit the occurrence of section distortion.
