目的分析南宁市良庆区1998~2012年艾滋病流行特点,为制定适合当地艾滋病防治措施提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学和统计学分析方法对南宁市良庆区1998~2012年艾滋病疫情资料进行分析。结果自1998年发现首例艾滋病病毒感染者(HIV)/艾滋病病人(AIDS)以来,截止2012年底,累计报告HIV/AIDS 476例,其中HIV 271例,AIDS 205例,累计死亡82例;2005年开始病例数和死亡数显著增加,2005~2012年累计报HIV/AIDS 422例,占总报告数的88.66%,报告死亡病例66例,占总死亡病例数的80.49%;病例分布街道明显高于农村;传播途径以性传播为主,其他传播途径共存。结论艾滋病病毒感染率呈逐年上升趋势,并从高危人群向一般人群扩散,艾滋病的预防控制进入了关键时期。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of AIDS epidemic in Liangqing District of Nanning City from 1998 to 2012 and provide the basis for developing local AIDS prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological and statistical analysis methods were used to analyze AIDS epidemic data in Liangqing District of Nanning from 1998 to 2012. Results Since the first HIV / AIDS patient was found in 1998, a total of 476 cases of HIV / AIDS were reported as of the end of 2012, of which 271 were HIV and 205 were AIDS with a total of 82 deaths. In 2005 The number of cases and the number of deaths increased significantly from 2004 to 2012, with a total of 422 HIV / AIDS cases reported in 2005-2012, accounting for 88.66% of the total reported cases. 66 cases were reported deaths, accounting for 80.49% of the total number of deaths. The distribution of cases was significantly higher Rural areas; the main route of transmission of sexual transmission, coexistence of other means of transmission. Conclusion The prevalence of HIV infection is increasing year by year and spreading from the high-risk population to the general population. The prevention and control of AIDS has entered a crucial period.
