目的总结近年来肿瘤细胞中不同信号通路调控YES相关蛋白(yes association protein,YAP)作用机理的研究进展。方法根据Pub Med数据库检索获取的相关资料,就近年来对于肿瘤细胞中不同信号通路调控YAP的作用机理的研究进展进行综述。结果除了传统HIPPO通路对于YAP的调控外,YAP还受到Rho-GTP酶、JNK信号通路和Wnt/β-Catenin信号通路的调控。结论肿瘤细胞中YAP受多种因素调控,因此更好地了解各个信号通路对YAP的调控作用将会为未来肿瘤的临床治疗提供关键的靶点支持。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize recent advances in the mechanism of yes association protein (YAP) signaling in tumor cells. Methods According to the relevant information retrieved from Pub Med database, the recent progress in the mechanism of YAP regulation by different signaling pathways in tumor cells was reviewed. Results In addition to the regulation of YAP by traditional HIPPO pathway, YAP was also regulated by Rho-GTPase, JNK signaling pathway and Wnt / β-Catenin signaling pathway. Conclusion YAP is regulated by many factors in tumor cells. Therefore, a better understanding of the regulation of YAP by various signaling pathways will provide key targets for the future clinical treatment of tumors.
