顶岗置换国培项目有两个方面的内容,其一是对骨干教师的培训,其二是让实习生走进实习单位实习,完成师范生教学计划,成为合格教师。国培项目从2010年开始以来已经实施了五年的时间,五年来通过国培项目对一批骨干教师进行了培训,取得了较好的社会效益,这是国培项目的主流。但是同时也要看到国培项目的一些不尽如人意的地方,这些问题的出现使国培项目的效果打了折扣,没有完全发挥国培项目的功效。顶岗置换国培项目无论是对参训教师还是对实习生来讲都是有益的事情,应该设计完备的制度让顶岗置换国培项目发挥更大的作用。
There are two aspects to the replacement of state-sponsored training programs. One is to train key teachers and the other is to allow trainees to internships in internship units and complete the teaching plans of normal students to become qualified teachers. Since its inception in 2010, the State Education Project has been implemented for five years. During the past five years, a number of key teachers have been trained through the State Education Project and achieved good social benefits. This is the mainstream of the State Education Project. But at the same time, we should also see some unsatisfactory places in the Guopi project. The appearance of these problems has discounted the effects of the Guopai project and has not fully exerted the effectiveness of the Guopi project. The replacement of posts in the country through training programs is beneficial to both participating teachers and trainees. A complete system should be designed to make the replacement of posts and posts more effective.
