我国现行劳教制度在实施中遇到一些法律问题,亟需立法调整。本文从劳教制度的产生、发展沿革,到当前遇到的问题,做了具体阐述,并对相应问题提出思考与探讨,以为有关方面借鉴。
The current system of labor camp education in our country has encountered some legal problems in its implementation and there is an urgent need for legislative adjustment. This article elaborates concretely from the birth, development and evolution of the system of labor camp education to the current problems encountered, and puts forward thinking and discussion on the corresponding problems in order to draw lessons from the relevant parties.
