目的建立保健食品中钙元素含量的测定方法,并评价保健食品中钙元素含量叠加普通膳食所造成的钙元素蓄积的风险性。方法采用火焰-原子吸收分光光度法测定保健食品中的钙元素含量。以微波消解法制备测定样品,通过实验优化确定火焰类型、空气-乙炔气流量比例、释放剂氧化镧用量。然后对2011~2014年陕西省84批市售含钙保健食品中钙元素的含量进行测定。结果优化后的实验条件为:火焰类型为空气-乙炔火焰,比例为2:1,氧化镧用量为0.2%。经测定,84批含钙类的保健食品中钙元素日摄入剂量均值为152±14.1 mg。结论本研究优化的方法能够快速、准确地测定保健食品中的钙元素含量。另外,摄入含钙保健食品能够在一定程度上补充膳食中钙元素不足的现状,并且不会危害普通居民的膳食安全。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of calcium in health foods and to evaluate the risk of accumulation of calcium in dietary supplements due to calcium content in health foods. Methods The content of calcium in health food was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The samples were prepared by microwave digestion, and the type of flame, the proportion of air-acetylene gas flow and the dosage of lanthanum release agent were determined through experiments. And then from 2011 to 2014 in 84 provinces in Shaanxi Province calcium content of calcium in health food products were determined. Results The optimized experimental conditions were as follows: the type of flame was air-acetylene flame with the ratio of 2: 1 and the dosage of lanthanum oxide 0.2%. After determination, 84 batches of calcium-containing dietary calcium daily intake of a mean dose of 152 ± 14.1 mg. Conclusion The optimized method in this study can quickly and accurately determine the content of calcium in health foods. In addition, the intake of calcium-containing health food supplement to some extent, the current status of calcium deficiency in the diet, and will not endanger the safety of ordinary residents.
