在模拟核电站大修换料水化学环境下,通过静态浸泡试验对6种核级阳离子交换树脂的有机溶出物进行了研究。结果表明,树脂的有机溶出物释放率与树脂的类型和交联度相关,交联度较高的凝胶型树脂的有机溶出物释放率更小,抗氧化性能更好。交联度为8%的树脂有机物释放率约为交联度为10%的2倍、交联度为12%的4倍。在模拟核电站乏燃料水池净化树脂服役条件下(55℃、质量浓度5 mg/L的H2O2),交联度为10%的SR200和IRN97树脂其有机物释放率低于国产同类型具有相同交联度的ZGNR50树脂。
The organic extracts of six kinds of nuclear-level cation exchange resins were studied by static immersion test under the condition of chemical overhaul and replacement of simulated water in nuclear power station. The results showed that the release rate of organic leachates was related to the type of resin and the degree of crosslinking. The higher the degree of crosslinking, the lower the release rate of organic leachates and the better the oxidation resistance. The release rate of resin organic matter with the crosslinking degree of 8% is about twice of the crosslinking degree of 10% and the crosslinking degree is 4 times of 12%. The SR02 and IRN97 resins with 10% cross-linking degree were lower than the domestic ones with the same degree of cross-linking at the simulated service life (55 ℃, H2O2 concentration of 5 mg / L) ZGNR50 resin.
