民法实训课是高职法律类专业的一门必修实践课程,培养学生结合运用民事程序法与实体法,以法学思辨能力和法学基本理论来准确分析、解决民事法律问题的综合实践能力。目前该课程普遍存在定位笼统,学与用结合不理想的问题。本文主要从高职民法法律专业毕业生应俱备的各项基本职业能力着眼,分析如何在民法实训课中,以基本职业能力为导向,在教与学的过程中设计教学活动与步骤,训练与强化学生这些基本能力,提高教学效果。
The civil law training course is a compulsory practice course for higher vocational law major. It cultivates students’ ability of combining practical application of civil procedural law and substantive law with the ability of legal discernment and basic law of law to accurately analyze and solve civil law issues. At present, the general existence of the course generalized learning, combination of learning and use of the problem is not ideal. This paper mainly focuses on the basic vocational skills that higher vocational law graduates should prepare to analyze how to design teaching activities and steps in the course of teaching and learning in the course of civil law training and basic professional competence, Train and strengthen students these basic abilities to improve teaching effectiveness.
