有时,我们不得不惊奇:管理,这个复杂的题目竟然与日常的买菜、一副好牌以及儿童的预言有共同之处。买菜的比喻一位老板向我诉苦说,他的公司管理极为不善。我应约而往,到公司上下走动了一回,心中便有了底。我问这位老板:“你到菜市场去买过菜吗?”他愣了一下,答道:“是的。”我继续问:“你是否注意到,卖菜人总是习惯于缺斤少两呢?”他回答:“是的,是这样。”“那么,买菜人是否也习惯于讨价还价呢?”“是的。”他回答。“那么,”我笑着提醒他,“你是否也习惯于用买菜的方式来购买职工的生产力呢?”
