实验用48只恒河猴(Macacus Rhesus),雌雄兼有,体重2~5.8公斤。第一组用极普法测定GHM-10(含10%氧气和90%氮气)对皮下组织(16只猴)和骨髓(10只猴)氧压的影响。第二组用22只猴研究GHM-10的抗辐射效应。给猴行~(60)Coγ线全身照射,剂量率19~13伦/分,总剂量660~700伦。实验组(11只猴)在照射前5分钟及照射过程中(为时35~50分钟)通过呼吸面罩给予GHM-10,而对照组(11只猴)照前及照射中给予空气。用照射后45天动物活存率,伤亡动物平均生存日及实验过程中体重变化做指标。
48 rhesus monkeys (Macacus Rhesus) were tested in both sexes, weighing 2- 5.8 kg. In the first group, the effect of GHM-10 (containing 10% oxygen and 90% nitrogen) on the oxygen pressure of subcutaneous tissue (16 monkeys) and bone marrow (10 monkeys) was determined by the maximal method. The second group used 22 monkeys to study the anti-radiation effect of GHM-10. To the monkey line ~ (60) Co γ ray body irradiation, the dose rate 19 ~ 13 Lun / min, the total dose of 660 ~ 700 Lun. The experimental group (11 monkeys) was given GHM-10 through a breathing mask 5 minutes before irradiation and during irradiation (35 to 50 minutes) while the control group (11 monkeys) was given air before and during irradiation. The survival rate of animals at 45 days after irradiation, mean survival days of injured animals and body weight changes during the experiment were used as indexes.
