传统法学本科教育在传授专业知识方面战功赫赫,但却忽视了培养学生正义感。它一味急于求成地培养法学专业知识人才,而对学生的道德培养流于形式,走过场。这样久而久之埋没了学生心中的正义感。这些缺少正义感的高校学生在日后的职业生涯中不免流为腐化恶化的官僚政客。因此,为激活学生心中沉睡的正义感,法学本科教育应更换传统教学理念,刷新教学内容,改进教学方法。为我国的社会主义法治现代化培养出一代代具有强烈正义感的法律人而努力奋斗 Traditional law undergraduate education in the impartiality of professional knowledge devastated, but neglected to develop a sense of justice students.
