贯彻《幼儿园工作规程》以来,尊重孩子发展速度、特点的个别差异,并在此基础上促进每个孩子在原有水平上得到发展,可谓深入人心。在许多幼儿园里,观察孩子,测查孩子,以掌握本园、本班孩子的发展水平,从而使书本上概括、抽象的儿童年龄特点更丰满、更具体,最终达到既定教育目标,方兴未艾。我们认为,要真正理解孩子,单纯靠硬梆梆的所谓“科学方法”,而忽视甚至无视教师和儿童之间心与心的交流,是舍本逐末。本刊将陆续编发北京长椿街幼儿园赵霞老师的一组文章,希望有助于广大幼儿园教师开启儿童心灵世界之门。
