乡镇财政是我国现行五级财政体系的最基础环节,也是乡政府的综合性经济管理部门,担负着国家筹集、分配财政资金和监督管理乡镇财政收支的重要任务。但是随着财政体制的不断改革和深化,乡镇财政在运行中也出现了一些不容忽视的问题,如何进一步抓好乡镇财政建设,规范财政财务管理,针对乡镇财务管理中存在的问题,笔者提出一些对策和建议,以期对加强乡镇财政管理工作提供一些参考。
Township finance is the most basic part of the current five-level fiscal system in our country. It is also the comprehensive economic management department of the township government. It shoulders the important task of the state in raising and distributing financial funds and supervising and managing township financial revenues and expenditures. However, with the continual reform and deepening of the financial system, there are some problems that should not be neglected in the operation of township finance. How to further improve the financial construction of townships and towns and standardize the financial and financial management? In response to the problems existing in the financial management of townships, Countermeasures and suggestions, with a view to strengthening the township financial management to provide some reference.
