目的 :对急性缺血性脑血管病患者的脑电图进行动态分析 ,以评价脑电图在该病的应用价值。方法 :采用 SW-JH2 0 0 0 AR智能化脑电监护仪 ,对 42例急性脑梗死治疗前后进行 EEG监测 ,按冯应琨《临床脑电图学》的诊断标准进行分析。结果 :脑电图基本节律异常 41例 ,病侧慢波优势 31例 ,早期脑电图异常较 CT敏感。脑电图异常程度与病变部位、病灶大小及病情轻重呈相关关系。结论 :脑电病理波的出现及改变程度有助于急性缺血性脑血管病的早期诊断、病灶定位、病情观察及预后判断。
Objective: To analyze the electroencephalogram of patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease to evaluate the value of electroencephalogram in the disease. Methods: EEG monitoring was performed before and after treatment of 42 cases of acute cerebral infarction with SW-JH2 0 0 0 AR intelligent EEG monitor. The diagnostic criteria of “Clinical EEG” of Feng Ying-kun were analyzed. Results: There were 41 cases with abnormal rhythm of basic electroencephalogram and 31 cases with slow wave on diseased side. The abnormality of early EEG was more sensitive than that of CT. EEG abnormalities and lesion location, lesion size and severity of the severity was correlated. Conclusion: The appearance and change of EEG wave are helpful to the early diagnosis of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease, the location of the lesion, the observation of the disease and the prognosis.
