未分型流感嗜血杆菌(NTHi)是引起中耳炎、肺炎、支气管炎等呼吸道疾病的常见致病菌。NTHi对抗生素耐药,逃避机体免疫应答,促进炎症反应,造成持续、反复感染,其中生物膜起了很大作用。生物膜是在特定条件下形成的特殊细菌群体结构,可分泌黏附的具保护作用的细胞外基质、具有结构异质性、基因多样性及相互作用的复杂性。现就NTHi生物膜形成相关因子、耐药机制、消除策略、检测方法作一综述。
Undifferentiated Haemophilus influenzae (NTHi) is a common causative agent of respiratory diseases such as otitis media, pneumonia and bronchitis. NTHi resistant to antibiotics, evade the body’s immune response and promote inflammation, resulting in sustained and recurrent infections, including biofilm played a significant role. Biofilm is a special bacterial community structure formed under specific conditions. It can secrete and adhere to the protective extracellular matrix with structural heterogeneity, genetic diversity and the complexity of interaction. Now on NTHi biofilm formation-related factors, drug resistance mechanisms, elimination strategies, detection methods are reviewed.
