舒马曲坦(sumatriptam,5HTID)是一种新型的快速作用药物。作为 5-HTID 受体的血清素(5-HT)激动剂,该药对大动脉和脑静脉起着血管收缩作用。各种实验研究表明,5-HT 受体(下丘脑也有)在垂体前叶激素分泌调节中有部分作用。但特异性-HT 受体亚型在此调节中的作用尚未完全阐明。本研究探讨5-HTID 受体激动剂对垂体分泌有何影响。
Sumatriptam (5HTID) is a novel and rapidly acting drug. As a serotonin (5-HT) agonist at the 5-HTID receptor, the drug acts vasoconstrictive to the aorta and cerebral veins. Various experimental studies have shown that 5-HT receptors (also in the hypothalamus) play a part in the regulation of anterior pituitary hormone secretion. However, the role of specific -HT receptor subtypes in this regulation has not been fully elucidated. This study explored the effects of 5-HTID receptor agonists on pituitary secretion.
