赴澳船舶常见缺陷AMSA检查官在实施现场检查时,通常会根据《船舶检查记录簿》中的技术提示进行重点检查。在船长房间,AMSA通常会根据附件二的内容《通用信息表(General Information)》,检查船上的主要图纸资料。另外,检查官还会给船长一份附件三要求的资料清单,对清单中的技术资料进行检查。根据AMSA的统计,上述两份表格罗列的缺陷,占滞留缺陷的90%,因此,赴澳船舶应对两份表格中的设备和资料情况给予高度重视。AMSA在开始现场设备检查前,经常询问船舶及其设备的适航性,并要求船长在附件二的表格上签字确认
Frequently Defective Defects to Australia Overseers AMSA Inspectors frequently conduct inspections on the basis of technical instructions in the Vessel Inspection Record Book when carrying out an onsite inspection. In the captain’s room, AMSA will usually check the ship’s master drawings according to Annex II, General Information. In addition, the prosecutor will give the captain a list of information required by Annex III and check the technical information in the list. According to AMSA’s statistics, the flaws listed in the above two tables account for 90% of the retention defects. Therefore, attention should be paid to the handling of equipment and information in the two forms by ships going to Macau. AMSA frequently asks the ship and its equipment for seaworthiness prior to the start of on-site equipment inspections and requires the master to sign the form in Annex II
