为了优化区域通道内交通网络资源配置,建立了区域运输通道布局优化三层规划模型。在一定建设投资费用及环境承载力和能源消耗等约束条件下,考虑通道内各种运输方式线路技术等级和空间布设对通道布局方案的影响;既保证用户广义费用最低,又使运输企业在市场竞争中取得最大的经济收益,并且使整个运输系统的社会效益最大。以京津冀区域为例,进行了验证。结果表明:该模型对区域交通网络资源的优化配置具有较好的辅助决策支持。
In order to optimize the allocation of traffic network resources in the regional passageway, a three-layer programming model of regional transportation corridor layout optimization is established.
