如何培养学生数学学习的兴趣,让学生主动学习一直是困扰数学教师的难题。笔者借助“自然分材”教学法,结合自己的教学实践,通过建立民主和谐的师生关系、创设问题情境、利用“课堂激励表”等进行了积极探索。
How to cultivate students’ interest in maths learning and let students take the initiative to study has always been a puzzle for maths teachers. The author makes active exploration through the teaching method of “natural separation” and his own teaching practice, through the establishment of a democratic and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, the creation of the problematic situation and the use of “Incentives in Classroom”.
