采用消瘤解毒汤加化疗治疗恶性淋巴瘤 44例 ,并与单纯用化疗治疗的 38例进行对照观察。结果治疗组 44例中 ,完全缓解 39例 (88.6 4% ) ,部分缓解 4例 (9.0 9% ) ,无变化 1例 (2 .2 7% ) ;对照组 38例中 ,完全缓解 2 3例 (6 0 .5 3% ) ,部分缓解 9例 (2 3.6 8% ) ,无变化 6例 (15 .79% ) ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,即治疗组较对照组的疗效为优。本资料同时显示 :NHL 完全缓解后 ,再次合理地进行抗复发治疗 ,对控制肿瘤的再复发具有重要作用
Forty-four patients with malignant lymphoma treated by Xiaoyu Jiedu Decoction plus chemotherapy were compared with 38 patients treated with chemotherapy alone. Results Among the 44 patients in the treatment group, 39 were completely relieved (88.6%), 4 were partially relieved (9.0 9%), and 1 was not changed (2.27%). Among the 38 patients in the control group, 23 were completely relieved (6 0.53%), partial remission in 9 cases (2 3.6 8%), no change in 6 cases (15.79%), the difference between the two groups was significant (P0.05) The effect of the control group is excellent. This data also shows that: NHL completely remission, once again reasonable anti-relapse therapy, the control of tumor recurrence has an important role
