以中兴矿1200工作面为工程背景,进行切顶卸压沿空留巷试验。针对工作面运输巷顶板软弱且含有一定节理的特点,通过理论计算结合已有工程经验确定了切缝参数,并引进了双向聚能爆破技术。现场采用多种装药方式开展爆破试验,通过现场钻孔窥视对比分析,当采取3根聚能管从上到下安装3+2+0管炸药,爆破效果最佳,成缝率高,且顶板无炸坑出现。
Taking Zhongxing Mine 1200 working face as engineering background, the top clearance pressure relief gob-side entry test was carried out. According to the weakness of the roof of transport lane and the certain joints, the kerf parameters were determined by theoretical calculation combined with the existing engineering experience, and the bidirectional energy gathering blasting technology was introduced. In the field, blasting test was carried out by a variety of charging methods. Through field drilling peep comparative analysis, when 3 3 + 2 + 0 tube explosives were installed from top to bottom, the blasting effect was the best, the sewing rate was high, and the top plate No fried pit appeared.
