在处理日常事务的过程中,秘书人员要讲究礼仪,以谦和、热情的态度主动做好工作。具体说来,要遵守以下一些礼仪规范。 一、尊重领导 领导是秘书的直接服务对象,秘书人员应遵循的处理事务的礼仪当然也包括与领导相处的礼仪。秘书与领导相处要讲究礼仪,并不是说秘书人员要成天揣摩领导的心思,看领导的眼色行事,甚至谄媚、奉承领导,这些不是礼仪而是钻营投机行为。
