(接上期)六、多元化办学缺少统一协调机制,影响技工院校特色的发挥南通市10所技工院校大多成立于上世纪七、八十年代。市技师学院隶属于南通职业大学由市政府管理;市工贸技师学院隶属于市人社局管理;海安、如皋技校隶属县(市)人社局管理;如东、海门技校隶属县(市)教育局管理;市建筑技校隶属通州建筑工程总公司管理;其它技校均为民办技工学校。多元化办学格局对推动技工院校的发展起到了积极作用。调查中发现,虽各技工

Lack of a Unified Coordination Mechanism for Diversified School Running, Influencing the Playfulness of the Characteristics of Technical Institutions and Universities Most of the 10 mechanic and technical college institutions in Nantong were established in the 1970s and 1980s. City Technician College affiliated to Nantong Vocational College managed by the municipal government; City Institute of Industry and Trade under the management of the Municipal Bureau of Social Sciences; MSC, Rugao Technical School under the jurisdiction of the county (city) Human Resources and Social Council Administration; Rudong, Haimen Technical School under the county (city) Education Bureau; City Construction Technical School under the management of Tongzhou Construction Engineering Corporation; other technical schools are private technical schools. Diversified pattern of running school to promote the development of technical institutions has played a positive role. The survey found that although the mechanics
