针对原螺杆桩机调平费时费力、实时性差及调节误差大等缺陷,在保持原有液压系统不变,尽量减少成本的前提下设计了半自动调平系统,系统的硬件组成有支腿油缸、S7-200可编程控制器、双轴倾角传感器及可触摸式显示屏等。经现场调试实验表明,设计的半自动调平系统可由1人实时调节支腿高度,较快的使螺杆桩机桩架的倾斜度调节到允许的范围内,安全便捷,具有工程实用价值。
For the original screw pile driver leveling time-consuming and laborious, poor real-time and adjust the error and other shortcomings, while maintaining the original hydraulic system unchanged, minimize the cost of the premise designed semi-automatic leveling system, the system hardware components are leg cylinder, S7-200 programmable logic controller, dual-axis tilt sensor and touch display. The field commissioning experiments show that the design of the semi-automatic leveling system can be adjusted by a real-time leg height, screw pile pile faster to adjust the tilt of the allowable range, safe and convenient, with engineering practical value.
