目的探讨老年退行性心瓣膜病合并心力衰竭患者中血清尿酸水平与其高血压发病的相关性。方法选取佛山市勒流医院2014年3月-2015年6月收治的106例老年退行性心瓣膜病合并心力衰竭患者为研究对象,根据其合并高血压情况将其分为高血压组48例与非高血压组58例,分别对两组患者开展血尿酸检验,评估其血尿酸水平同高血压发病的相关性。根据测定患者血尿酸水平将其划分为正常组与增高组,同时对患者开展心功能检查,以分析尿酸与心功能的相关性。结果高血压组血尿酸水平显著高于非高血压组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血尿酸正常组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室质量(LVM)及左室质量指数(LVMI)与血尿酸增高组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年退行性心瓣膜病合并心力衰竭患者的高血压发病情况与其血尿酸水平具有密切关联,并且血尿酸表达与患者心功能存在相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid level and the incidence of hypertension in elderly patients with degenerative valvular heart disease and heart failure. Methods A total of 106 patients with senile degenerative valvular heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted to Leliu Hospital of Foshan City from March 2014 to June 2015 were enrolled in this study. According to their combined hypertension, they were divided into hypertension group 58 cases of non-hypertensive group, respectively, the two groups of patients to carry out blood uric acid test to assess the level of serum uric acid and hypertension associated with the incidence. According to the determination of serum uric acid levels in patients were divided into normal group and increased group, at the same time in patients with heart function tests to analyze the correlation between uric acid and cardiac function. Results The level of serum uric acid in hypertension group was significantly higher than that in non-hypertension group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular mass (LVM), left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and serum uric acid increased in normal uric acid group were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion The incidence of hypertension in patients with senile degenerative valvular heart disease complicated with heart failure is closely related to the level of serum uric acid, and there is a correlation between the expression of serum uric acid and cardiac function.
