本文将从体育课程的本质、目的等内容着手,并通过考察目前大学生对体育活动的态度,基本完成了对高师体育课程的设定及规划,制定了改善当代大学生体育态度的具体实施方案,以达到完善当代大学生体育态度目的,在课程中加入了“微运动”理念。通过对“微运动”运用在体育中的优点的分析,肯定了“微运动”增进学生对终身体育认知的作用。
This article will start from the nature of the physical education curriculum, purpose and so on. By examining the current college students ’attitudes to sports activities, basically completed the setting and planning of physical education curriculum in normal colleges and universities, and formulated the concrete implementation plans to improve contemporary university students’ sports attitude. To achieve the goal of perfecting the attitude of contemporary college students sports, in the course of “micro-movement” concept. By analyzing the advantages of using “micro-movement” in sports, we affirm that “micro-movement” enhances the students’ cognition of lifelong sports.
