目的探讨树突状细胞/细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(DC/CIK)疗法对心脏的影响。方法回顾性分析152例接受DC/CIK细胞治疗的癌症患者的心电图资料。结果 152例患者中有15例出现心电图异常,发生率为9.8%,其中窦性心动过缓3例,窦性心动过速6例,心肌缺血6例。结论 DC/CIK细胞治疗对癌症患者心脏有一定影响。但是,如果给予高度重视,早期发现,早期处理,可避免严重后果。
Objective To investigate the effect of dendritic cells / cytokine-induced killer (DC / CIK) therapy on heart. Methods The ECG data of 152 cancer patients treated with DC / CIK cells were retrospectively analyzed. Results Fifteen of 152 patients had an abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG) rate of 9.8%. Among them, 3 cases had sinus bradycardia, 6 cases had sinus tachycardia and 6 cases had myocardial ischemia. Conclusions DC / CIK cell therapy has some effect on the heart of cancer patients. However, if given high priority, early detection and early treatment can avoid serious consequences.
