目的：探讨γ－刀对颅内疾病的疗效。方法：对１５０８例不同类型的颅内疾病用Ｌｅｋｓｅｌ伽玛刀实施治疗，病种达１７余种。年龄跨度１．０８～８５岁。处方剂量９～１５０Ｇｙ。结果：随访１１～３２个月，疗效是确切的。统计所随访的病例，ＡＶＭ有效率达９０．９８％，良性脑肿瘤有效率为７７．２７％～１００％，恶性肿瘤为７０．５０％～１００％，功能性疾病其有效率为６６．６７％～８８．８７％。结论：伽玛刀放射外科治疗简便、安全，是治疗颅内疾病的又一有效手段，只要掌握指征适当，治疗剂量准确，疗效是肯定的 Objective: To investigate the effect of γ-knife on intracranial diseases. Methods: 1508 cases of different types of intracranial diseases with Leksel gamma knife treatment, the disease reached more than 17 species. Age span of 1.08 ~ 85 years old. Prescription dose 9 ~ 150Gy. Results: Follow-up 11 ~ 32 months, the effect is accurate. Statistics follow-up of cases, AVM effective rate of 90.98%, benign brain tumor effective rate was 77.27% to 100%, malignant tumors was 70.50% to 100%, functional disease effective rate was 66.67 % ~ 88.87%. Conclusion: Gamma knife radiosurgery is simple and safe and is another effective method to treat intracranial disease. As long as the indications are appropriate and the dosage is correct, the curative effect is affirmed
