本文研究了高速电弧喷涂 A1和 3Cr13的粒子雾化特性用 Pitot管总、压法和扫描电镜、图象分析仪分别测定了喷枪出口雾化气流轴向分布和雾化粒子的粒度分布用Pearson X~2分布拟合检验法对粒子的粒度分布进行统计分布检验。结果表明,高速电弧喷涂雾化气流轴向速度在主要雾化区间(d< 100mm)为 550m/s~700m/s ;喷涂 A1的雾化粒子的粒度服从 Poisson分布喷涂 3Cr13的雾化粒子的粒度却具有不同的分布规律。在对高速电弧喷涂雾化气流流场进行深入分析的基础上,探讨了其雾化机理。
In this paper, particle atomization characteristics of high-speed arc spraying A1 and 3Cr13 Pitot tube total pressure and scanning electron microscopy were used to determine the axial distribution of spray atomizer air flow and particle size distribution of atomized particles with Pearson X ~ 2 distribution fitting test particle size distribution of statistical distribution test. The results show that the axial velocity of the atomized gas flow in the high-speed arc spraying is 550m / s ~ 700m / s in the main atomization interval (d <100mm); the particle size of the atomized particles of spray A1 obeys the particle size of atomized particles sprayed by Poisson distribution 3Cr13 But has a different distribution. Based on the in-depth analysis of the flow field of high-speed arc spraying atomizing gas, the atomization mechanism is discussed.
