近年来随着电脑和互联网的普及,电子商务迅速发展起来,同时作为电子商务发展的重要支撑——第三方支付也成为越来越多人的支付选择。但是作为电子商务环境下新型支付方式,第三方支付暴露出的问题也越来越多,而相关法律问题却得不到很好的解决,如法律法规不完善、司法经验不足。本文就有关电子商务中第三方支付可能存在的有关问题进行论述,接着对这些问题提出完善建议。
In recent years, with the popularization of computers and the Internet, e-commerce has developed rapidly. At the same time, as an important support for the development of e-commerce, third-party payment has also become the payment choice of more and more people. However, as a new payment method under the environment of e-commerce, more and more problems are exposed by the third-party payment, but the related legal problems are not well solved. For example, the laws and regulations are imperfect and the judicial experience is insufficient. This article discusses the possible problems of third-party payment in e-commerce, and then puts forward some suggestions on these issues.
