PBL 教学法在基础护理课程中的应用

目的:把《基础护理》的理论和实践相结合,解决护生的临床实践能力和创造能力。方法:选取2012年我校高护专业护生80名,随机分为2组各40名,对照组行传统教学,实验组实行 PBL 教学法,比较2组护生的《基础护理》期末考试成绩。结果:2组护生的《基础护理》期末考试成绩试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:PBL 教学法可以激发护生对《基础护理》的学习兴趣和积极性,培养护生用现代的护理观分析和解决问题,使护生的创造性思维能力、应急处理能力、自学能力、团队意识和责任意识得到提高。
